Although It Is Claimed That The PKK Is Religious, It Is Actually A Communist Group That is Waging A War Against Religious And Spiritual Values (Caps)

Even though the separatist terror group resorts to various methods to hide its real agenda from Turkey’s Kurds, all of its activities, slogans and public statements are flagrantly communist and atheist. The nefarious activities of the terrorist group, while supported by a number of duped Kurds in southeastern Turkey, are not motivated by nationalist ideals. The root of the problem is ideology, not ethnicity. Separatism in southeastern Turkey has just one aim: a communist revolution. It happens to be a communist and atheist movement, not a nationalist one. The display of Kurdish nationalism is only a window dressing for the Kurdish population.
